LIT Board of Directors Nominations Deadline Extended


Nominations Accepted Until November 1, 2019! 

LIT invites members to apply for a seat on the Board of Directors. As a Board member, you will be part of the team of professionals guiding the vision and strategy of Latinos In Transit. Your ideas, dedication and skills will help propel the organization to broader impact and effectiveness. Multiple positions are available including President and Vice President. LIT In The City That Never Sleeps

U.S. Department of Transportation Announces $125 Million Funding Allocation to Santa Clara VTA for BART Silicon Valley Phase 2 Project - Federal Transit Administration: SAN JOSE, Calif. – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Acting Administrator K. Jane Williams today announced the allocation of $125 million to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) for the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Silicon Valley Phase II project. This is the first project to receive a funding allocation under FTA’s Expedited Project Delivery Pilot Program.
